conditions before making a purchase.
At INDOLADY, we strive to make our product listings as accurate and detailed as possible. Every order undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
- Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
to start processing the Exchange or return Process. We will require a box-opening video and a photo showing our brand label and tag to process the request.
- Request Submission: Contact us within 7 days of the delivery.
- Process your Request through the Exchange Button, which appears at the bottom of the website in the "Help & Information" section.
- Processing Fee: A processing fee will be charged.
- Direct Shipping (Optional): If you prefer to send the product yourself, we will provide the shipping address. After dispatch, share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD with us. Please use a reliable courier service as Indolady will not be responsible for any loss during transit.
- Reverse Pickup: Once payment is confirmed, our team will arrange a reverse pickup.
- Quality Inspection and Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the requested size within 7 working days. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the total amount of the item(s), valid for 30 days.
- Prepaid and COD Orders: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, we can issue a credit note or replace the item with another product of equal value.

- Reasons: Orders may be cancelled due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activities.
- Refunds: For prepaid orders cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email.
- Cancellations after placing prepaid orders will incur a 2-3% deduction (payment gateway fees).
- Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 30 days.
- No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.
- Sale Items: Products marked as ‘Sale’ are non-returnable.
